• Major extension of verified speed coverage on Net 2 Class 2-3 roads for 5443 km of roads in Albania, 7091 km in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 25579 km in Croatia, 4169 km in Macedonia, 1743 km in Montenegro and 15323 in Serbia.
• Speed restriction update on 1922 km of roads in Finland, 25579 km in Germany (mainly roads of the two highest Net 2 Class in the western part of the country), 14528 km in Italy (mainly roads of the 2 highest Net 2 Class in the northern part of the country), 18023 km in Russia, 935 km in Spain and 1620 km in Sweden.
• Speed Restriction updated/verified on all N2C 2 and 3 in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia. Over 96%-99% of roads belonging to four highest N2C covered with Verified Speed Restriction.
• Truck Speeds have been corrected on 746 km of roads in France.
• Lane information added to around 5500 junctions in Czechia, 8000 junctions in Denmark, 4000 junctions in Finland, 15000 junctions in UK, 5000 junctions in Italy, 2000 junctions in Lithuania, 5500 junctions in the Netherlands, 4000 junctions in Norway, 3000 junctions in Poland, 1500 junctions in Romania, 2000 junctions in Slovenia.
• Functional Road Class and Net 2 Class distribution improvements have been made on 3300 km of roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1200 km in Croatia, 2300 km in Macedonia and 800 km in Turkey.
• Addition of 23000 Blocked Passages and an update of the Direction of Traffic Flow for 120000 Road Elements with a focus on Moscow, Sankt-Petersburg, Moscowskaya Oblast and several main cities in Russia.
• Street Network basic coverage was created in 10 regions and in 12 regions, additional road network geometry has been created in Russia. In total, 469000 km of road network geometry has been added which has resulted in a total Street Network coverage of 94% and a total amount of 4176687 km of road geometry in Russia.
• House Number Ranges have been created and updated in Andorra, Belarus, Iceland, Ireland and UK based on fresh Address Point data.

• Real-world changes to Administrative Areas in Belgium, which become effective on the 1st of January 2019. This also includes updates of Street Names in order to make them unique within the new Administrative Areas.
• Real-world changes to Administrative Areas in Italy where Corigliano-Rossano and Rossano have been merged into one Administrative Area called CoriglianoRossano.
• Captured 82 new Administrative Areas Order 9 and 32 new Administrative Areas Order 8 in France, according to real-world changes.
• Extent of 770 Administrative Areas Order 8 has been corrected in Poland.
• Around 1400 existing Administrative Areas Order 9 have been merged into a bit more than 600 new ones in Portugal.
• In Russia, close to 600 Administrative Areas Order 8 have been created, and the extent of 2000 existing ones has been corrected. In addition, around 7000 new City Centers have been created, and more than 6500 City Centers have been moved to their correct location.
• Around 1700 Administrative Areas Order 8 have been added and the extent of more than 10000 existing ones has been corrected in Ukraine.
• First time offering of nation-wide postal coverage in Faroe Island, Macedonia and Moldova, covering more than 117 Postal Codes, 326 Postal Codes and 2200 Postal Codes respectively.
• Postal codes in Poland have been corrected with the syntax xx-xxx.
