    try 10 instead of 0. 0 doesn't work on all pda's

you could start tmcsender before you start mn5, you could start it after you start mn5, it doesn't matter.
i start tmcsender with the start of my wm2003. (with softreset)

  • @Didi,

  • MN 5 (inkl. poi+)

    when poi+ doesn't exist, it doesn't start :)

  • @dIdIX

  • yes ... ;)

  • @chungck,

this are my settings and I have no poi-warner and none of the POIObserver + GoFast + Map Modder you have installed.

MN5.1 no other add-on except tmcsender
    1. inside program folder
    folder mortrun (5 files)
    folder TMC-Sender_1.3 (4 files)
    2. shortcut of "tmcsender.mortrun" (and "tmcsender.exe" for safety) to windows autostart group
    3. mortrun.exe activated once
    4. tmc-setup.mortrun (or tmc-setup.exe) execute first time and complete settings. I select "Standard MN5.1 Skin", no mn5 autostart etc., no light, TMC refresh 5Min, autostop tmcsender 8h. all others as standard settings. cancel to exit
    5. one time softreset.
    6. turn off PDA
    7. turn on PDA
    8. start MN5.1, TMC setting -automatic tuning-, after tmc signal is available, the tmcsender runs first time. The TMC window of MN5 pops up and disappears. TMC is searching new frequencies, locks and hold. Then after 5 Min tmcsender starts loop again until you want to finish navigation.
    9. Close MN5.1, turn off PDA.
    10. Turn on PDA, start MN5.1 and item 8. proceeds.
I never have to do a softreset to start the tmcsender again.

    @dIdIX,

perhaps you can add for chungck an new line with" poiObserver", similar to

    RegWriteDword HKCU,"Software\dIdI\tmcsender\settings\autorun", PoiWarner, 1

or whatever the *.exe is named?

    @chungck
Thanks to assist for translation. I will prepare it and inform you by PN when ready. I will be happy to improve my nederlands with your help and support.

  • Hallo dIdI!

    file://localhost/e:\temp\bild.jpg

    Thank you for your reply.....

I'm using your settings and I have tested the tool and it works.....

    ( I have deactivate autostart and because the light would't work by Asus A620BT I set = 0 .
But does the day and night switch works really automatically, by me it seems it failed. )

    But I have another question.....

When I use MN5 for navigating it seems every 5 or 6 minuts my windows link wil activate....HOW COME?

and sometimes it will switch automatically to the main screen??????

    Please explain???

    @chungck,

every 5 or 6 minutes seems to be the loop of tmcsender ???

When you are running MN5 and tmcsender (do you already have the free update foer 5.1?) only the MN5 tmc window will open and directly close again, depending to the interval you have in the settings of tmcsender.
The tmcsender program simulates only the tap on the TMC symbol, then the top left "search" arrow in the MN5/tmc window and finish with the OK (down right) button in the MN5/tmc window.
This is the reason to implement different skins because of different tap locations.

If you activate in MN5 the windows symbol (down right) to open the today head line, you can see, that the "Start symbol" from windows in the top left corner.
Running tmcsender under this condition the windows "start popup menue" appears in the interval.
You know already why, because this is exact the position in the MN5 TMC window "search" arrow which is activated by tmcsender. But unfortunately this MN5 area is not in front and active and tmcsender taps the "Windows Start button". ;)

Other reason may be, that you have not the right skin in the settings or tap area changes etc. If it happens, only look for the activation area which activate the unwanted window corresponds to the tmcsender three activation areas. That is the reason.
