VisualGPSce was mache ich falsch?

    Hi,


    habe gerade VisualGPSce auf den PDA geladen und wollte mal schnell gucken was so alles angezeigt wird, aber...


    - rote Lampe blinkt
    - 8 Sat in use werden angezeigt
    - aber 0 Sat in view und damit auch keine Anzeige von km/h, also nur die Anzeige auf der ersten Seite.
    - beim Fahren ändern sich die Koordinaten auch nicht, nur dann, wenn ich einmal connect ausführe


    kann mir jemand helfen??

    Deine Maus sendet nur die Protokolle GGA und VTG, die MN unbedingt braucht. Für VisualGPSce brauchst Du zusätzlich mindestens noch GSV (die Wiederholungsrate sollte auf 5 (sek.) eingestellt werden).

    ich denke mal mit GSV ist ein weiteres Protokoll gemeint. Ist dies eine Einstellungssache oder kann man der Maus sagen (mit zusätzlicher Software, die man sich aus dem Netz laden kann), dass die Maus auch dieses Protokoll verarbeitet.

    Du musst die Einstellungen der Maus verändern (wird meist als "umprogrammieren" bezeichnet). Das geht gut mit z.B. GPSMaus http://gpsmaus.cool.cd/


    Einstellung, wie gesagt, mindestens GSV 5; wenn Du alle von VisualGPS darstellbaren Parameter nutzen willst, solltest Du auch die Protokolle RMC 1, GLL 1 und GSA 5 mit aktivieren.

    Ich hab hier den neuen Medion 95000. Ich wollte das Prog. VisualGPSce testen - es funktioniert aber nicht.


    Mein Navi meldet, das er 5 Sat. findet, aber bei VGPS wird nix angezeit. Unten steht nur "Fix not aviable". Kann das damit was zu tun haben? Funkioniert das Prg überhaupt mit dem PDA?

    Schau mal weiter oben das Posting von Eichsi, da steht alles notwendige. Dir ist klar, daß es -- Empfang vorausgesetzt -- gut 20Sek dauert, bis der 'Fix' da ist? Natürlich läuft VisualGPSce auch auf dem Medion ...

    willkommen im Club und viel Spaß mit dem nagelneuen 95000 :D


    "Fix not aviable" bedeutet, dass der Empfänger noch die Daten sammelt und mit den gespeicherten vom letzten Einsatz abgleicht. Unter ungünstigeren Umständen kann das schon einmal bis zu einer Minute dauern, besonders dann, wenn die Prozessorleistung durch Programme gemindert wird, die nicht vollständig beendet worden sind und deshalb im Hintergrund weiterlaufen.



    Wenn VisualGPS nicht läuft, obwohl Du bei der Navi-Software einen Fix hast, könnte noch der Comport des PDA durch das Navi-Programm belegt sein; auch hier hilft nur das vollständige Beenden des Programms (ggf. durch einen Softreset). Falls VisualGPS danach immer noch nicht läuft, fehlen Protokolle (z.B: GLL, GSA; GSV, RMC), die Du mit Cruxview oder GPSMaus nachprogrammieren kannst.
