BlueMedia 6600 (Medion 465) Wie komme ich in BIOS zu erhalten?

Deutsch version:
Ich brauche mein Gerät zu aktualisieren, zu Gopal 4.x/5.x. Da Karten in meinem Gerät sind zu alt.
Ich brauche Flash-BIOS-> Geräte-Abschaltung (10sec) -> Wenn Sie beide Tasten, aber Gerät nicht auf BIOS-Boot (Blue Screen). Sie beginnt normalerweise.

Die Frage ist:
Ich muss ganz MFD (Entfernen Sie alle, Format Flash, Factory Reset) formatieren, bevor ich BIOS-Update?

English version:
I need update my device to Gopal 4 or 5. Because maps in my device are to old.

I found solution.
Key sequence for entering BIOS:
Both button on the side+Software Reset button on the bottom --ALL TOGEHTER!!!

Yes. I was successful. Now i have ROM version 22.
Now i trying update Gopal software to version 4.0. AE Buy on ebay.
