    hat viielleicht jemand einen Tipp wie man auf der Nav´n go Site an Kartenupdates kommt ?

    Laut einer Info im naviextras Forum soll es jetzt Kartenupdates Stand 2008/07 für iGO2006(+) über www.navngo.com bzw. my.navngo.com geben.

    Der Zugang zu den Nav N Go Seiten (nicht naviextras.com) für User aus D ist allerdings ein Desaster (geblockt wegen des Navigon Namensstreits). Wie das im Prinzip doch funktioniert, hatte ich in diesem -> Thread (bitte komplett lesen) beschrieben. Man benötigt dafür allerdings entweder einen proxy Server außerhalb D oder die Installation von TOR, Geduld und starke Nerven !!

    diese seite ist doch totaler schmarrn!


    updates gibts nur für ein,zwei geräte,alles andere "Bald kommt".


    Wann gibts endlich die karten für das Mio 620C ?

    Welche, die iGO2006 Update Seite? Das ist ja auch ein "Auslaufmodell".


    Neue Karten und Programmupdates, basierend auf iGO8 (bzw. iGO8 OEM) wird es doch nur noch über naviextras geben.


    Diese Info wegen der Verzögerung des offiziellen Naviextras Site Launch liest man im Naviextras Forum, Zitat:
    As you can see, there is appr. 100 supported devices on site, and appr. 50 available updates planned for update site launch. That means that at least (100 x 50) 5.000 tests have to be made to ensure proper update processes. Indeed it takes some more time than anticipated. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. All teams do their best to offer updates as soon as possible.


    Ist denn Mio überhaupt noch ein Thema bei Nav N Go? Die Zusammenarbeit wurde doch längst aufgekündigt.

    Mio ist doch eine OEM-Version von iGO2006.
    a) gibt es bei naviextras ggf. NUR Updates für iGO8
    b) glaube ich überhaupt nicht, dass sich naviextras um die Firma Mio kümmert.
    c) gibt es Kartenupdates wohl nur für die Mio Moovs, liest du hier

    Imho hatte das Mio620c bereits einen iGO8 Abkömmling, den ersten und letzten (Vorläufer iGO8 OEM).


    Aber mit Sicherheit ist Punkt b) zutreffend.
