Fahrzeugsymbole DNX5220BT erweitern

    Hallo zusammen


    Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Fahrzeugsymbole von der Garmin
    Homepage (Garmin Garage) in meinem DNX5220BT zu erweitern?

    Dass ich die Symbole von meinem Laptop direkt über USB in mein DNX5220BT
    laden kann.......
    Hoffe ich finde das Verzeichnis wo die Symbole auf dem Gerät gespeichert sind.

    ja is ja en ding.


    das steht aber auch hier im forum das man das übern lappi machen kann via update ausem internet.


    da brauch man keine englische seite wo man nix findet.


    einfach den webupdater laden. installiern. ab ins auto mim lappi und anschliessen. webupdater starten und schon siehste alle neuen symbole die du laden kannst.
    natürlich is dazu internet von nöten.

    hab leider keine Möglichkeit in der Nähe meines Autos Internet anzuzapfen....

    und wie willste die updates draufziehen? hat das 5er überhaupt noch nen mini usb?


    da geht doch alles über cd soweit ich das mitbekommen habe.

    Installation Instructions
    Download the appropriate self-extracting archive file onto your PC.
    Run the downloaded executable file.
    Click on Browse and a select temporary location of your choosing to extract the update.
    Click Unzip to extract the update.
    Wait for the message that the update was unzipped successfully and close the updater.
    Insert a burnable CD into your PC.
    Use CD burning software to create a 'garmin' directory on the CD.
    Add the files extracted in step #4 to the 'garmin' directory on the CD.
    Burn the files to the CD and eject the CD from the computer.
    Turn on the Kenwood Navigation System and press the [NAV] button to switch the display to the navigation system screen.
    Insert CD into Kenwood Navigation System. If there is already a CD in the drive, temporarily remove it first.
    Your Kenwood Navigation System will ask if you would like to update software. Answer 'Yes'.
    The unit will display banner 'Navigation Map Update Start'.
    The unit will restart several times during the update. The CD will eject before the update is complete. The warning page will display when the update is complete.
    Do not power off unit while the update is in progress. When finished you can verify the update by checking the version number in Menu->Settings->About->Software.



    das 5er hat keine möglichkeit zum browsen via pc im navi speicher. da wirste also nix machen können.
    und via dem normalen usb geht das schon 2 mal nicht denke ich.

    lumbes, du hast keine dnx5220 wie ich aber ein alte g520 wie ich vorher hatte. zo ich kenne beides geraten.


    @marvin512, ich habe mit die mini usb neu auto's auf meine dnx5220 geladen. als du dein laptop mit miniusb verbindest dan vindest du auf die dnx5220 ein Garmin folder un dar unter ein Vehicles folder und daar sind die auto's. aber vorsicht nicht mer dan 3 auto's laden. dass speicher ist nicht so gross.


    als du deine laptop auf die miniusb verbindest met die kenwood im navi menu dan kriegst du Gamin order Mass Storage. tap mal auf die Mass Storage und dan auf deine laptop windows explorer findest du die internal kenwood speicher.
