PNA mit USB. Hilfe!!

    Hallo!
    Sorry for english, but i don't speak deutch :(
    I have a Tevion MyGuide3000. I put into an USB steck.
    My computer see contact with PNA, but don't know, what is it.
    I need an USB driver for this
    Can you help me?

    welcome here at PNAV.


    Did you installed Active-sync on your PC? Most of the PNA are connected over AS and are not recognized as an device in Windows.

    what do you mean with: it's doing nothing.


    If you connect your switched on PNA by USB, the AS-Menu and an green Symbol in the taskbar shall appear. You will be asked for a Synchronisation or a Guestconnection. Chose Guest and you can change to the WindowsExplorer by looking after a folder "Mobile device". there you can find the data of your PNA.


    If not, unistall the AS-Version, download the newest one (imho Version 4.5) at MS-homepage and try again installing.

    on AS-menu i see: not connecting.
    PNA is "on", cable is good, AS 4.5(latest version)

    just read on MS site: AS only for Windows Mobile xxx.
    I have Windows CE with MioMap 3.2 on MyGuide3000.
    Is this wrong?

    :( german version and hungarian version not vorking too : not contact.
    I don't know, what can I to doing whit this problem

    did you use other USB devices on the same USB port? Maybe it`s contaminated with other drivers. Do you have more USB ports on your PC to test it with another one?
    You could try also to delete the port from your system on the PC, and afterwards you make a restart.
