Using a 910 as a speedometer ?

    how can I use the 910 to show me my actual speed ?

    There is a manual that comes with the 910 ;)


    Change settings -> forward to status bar preferencse -> tick "speed"

    do you mean the "Quick Start Guide" ? Or is there another handbook on the DVD which I have overlooked ? The PDF on the DVD seems exactly the same as the quick start guide and both are imo "bedürftig".


    Anyway I read the QSG several times and still cant find what you described to me. But thanks for the pointers!

    Edited to add, I found the setting under Preferences as you described. But I still cant find any reference in the handbook other than something along the lines " there are many other options which you'd just better try and find out for yourself" ;)

    Sorry, never checked the manual - but it says on the DVD that there is a pdf-manual. So i thought that there should be some infos.


    If u play with ur GO and do the wrong settings or something goes wrong, there is always a button that returns the factory settings - also in the change settings menue.

    not that you misunderstand me, I know there is a PDF handbook on the DVD, but seriously, can you find any reference to the speedometer settings ?

    Thanks buddy, I got it fixed now. You just have to look a bit (or ask here ;D )
