TomTom reagiert endlich

nachdem TTT ja mal wieder seit ein paar Tagen down ist, habe ich gerade eine Mail erhalten:

Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen technical issues during the upgrade, the Traffic service is currently unavailable. We are very sorry for the disruption that this has caused and we are working extremely hard to resolve this. The service should be back online very soon. To compensate you for this inconvenience, we will be giving all Traffic subscribers one month of free Traffic updates.

As a valued TomTom customer, you will know that this is an extremely rare occurrence.

Es gibt also endlich als Ausgleich für die Ausfälle einen Freimonat bei TTT, da sich die längeren Ausfälle wohl auf ca. 4 Wochen summieren dürften, ist das zumindest mal ein Ausgleich, der versöhnlich stimmt...

Hab ich auch gerade bekommen, bin erfreut das es mal eine Reaktion gibt.

Und darauf bin ich mal gespannt: "...to provide you with an even better service."
