Checkpoint 3.1

  • Hallo,

der/die Programmierer arbeiten die ganze Zeit an Verbesserungen an einem tollen Programm.

    Checkpoint 3.1

    Release notes
    Version 3.1
A number of small bugs were solved.
The most important one: CheckPOInt now handles non-synchronized overlays correctly again!
A few bugs in version 3.0 caused CheckPOInt to handle non-synchronized overlays incorrect, but now you can save the settings for these overlays again and their POI's will be detected again!

    Version 3.0.2
A bug, introduced in version 3.0, was solved. It was not possible to move a POI from one not-synchronized overlay to another. Now that is possible!

    Version 3.0.1
On a number of Pocket PC's in the "synchronization settings" window the keyboard disappeared, which made it impossible to enter the e-mail address and security code. This was fixed.
In the same window you can now see the security code when you enter it.

    Version 3.0
Synchronization features added; please see the manual.
Extended features for recording your own POI's; please see the manual.
Enhanced French translation (thanx to Samuel and Marc)
When you use TTN 2.0, CheckPOInt now automatically detects when you select another map in TomTom.
Because the way in which CheckPOInt 3.0 stores its overlay settings was changed, you have to redo the (nasty) job of setting the overlay settings!!!

    Release notes
    Version 3.1.1

    * Solved a nasty bug. Some internet service providers cache every file you retrieve from a webserver, including OV2 files. CheckPOInt until now did not bypass that caching. Some users, who had recorded POI's, did not see those POI's back after they had synchronized with POIplace. The recorded POI's were sent to POIplace correctly, but because of the caching by the ISP they received an older OV2 during the synchronization, that did not include the just uploaded POI's..
CheckPOInt 3.1.1 bypasses the caching by the ISP's! So you will always get the POI's you've uploaded back immediatly when you synchronize.
    * Enhanced German translation.

    Ciao
