Hilfe, wichtiges Active Sync problem:(

Bei mir funktioniert der Active Sync überhaupt nich !! hat auch noch nie funktioniert !! hab das ganze forum durchsucht, und echt alles erdenkliche probiert !

verschiedene active sync versionen
verschiedene USB slots
USB Driver deinstalliert
sogar ein Hardboot hat nix geholfen !

bin echt am verzweifeln !! was mach ich falsch ?
kann nichmal das Update draufspielen ! weil sie nich komunizieren

Hab den HP 2210, und Win XP

ich bin echt für jeden Tipp dankbar

nich mal HP Support konnte mir helfen

Welche AS-Version hast du denn ? Mit der 3.7 hatte ich auch mehrfach das Problem, dass AS einfach nicht zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zu überreden war. Mit der Version 3.7.1 habe ich diese Probleme nur mehr ganz selten und da hilft meist ein Umstecken in einen anderen USB-Slot.

Oder hast du vielleicht dein Craddle über einen USB-HUB angeschlossen ? Habe hier im Forum mal gelesen, dass das auch zu Schwierigkeiten geführt hat.

USB Hub hab ich auch nich

und hab Version 3.7.1

mit dem anderen USB Port hab ich auch schon ausprobiert

nix ....

und die Win XP Firewall is auch ausgeschalten !

Ich glaube, da muß ich passen... Die Gründe dafür, dass es nicht funzt [bzw. noch nie gefunzt hat] können gleich mehrere sein!

Ich würde vermutlich folgendermaßen vorgehen:

+ Noch einmal sämtliche USB-Ports ausprobieren! Evtl. andere USB-Geräte entfernen!

+ HardReset am PDA!

+ Deinstallation von AS und Neuinatallation!

+ Festplatte "platt" machen / also Neuinstallation von WinXP [ist zwar lästig... aber wie soll User dem Prob sonst bei kommen]!

Ich frag jetzt einfach mal ganz dumm: funktionieren denn andere USB-Geräte an den von dir verwendeten Ports ?

activesync erstellt mehrere log dateien.
schau sie dir mal an, eventuell steht dort eine fehlermeldung oder ein hinweis,
warum bei dir die synchronisation nicht klappt,..

- wcesetup.log (steht im programmverzeichnis)
- WCESCOMM.LOG
- wcesmgr.log
- WcesView.log

wenn ich mir die einträge so anschaue, sieht es aus, als wäre schon mal die aktuellste version installiert gewesen ?

deinstalliere doch mal komplett activesync bevor du nochmals die aktuellste version installierst.

die restlichen log dateien
- WCESCOMM.LOG
- wcesmgr.log
- WcesView.log
werden beim ersten sync erstellt und sollten entweder im windows oder in deinem userverzeichnis stehen.

die log dateien kann ich dann nich haben !!

weil ich noch nie synchonisieren konnte !

hab ungefähr schon alle active sync versionen getestet !? nix funktioniert !

hab gestern alles an einem ganz sauberen laptop getestet (frisch formatiert, mit winxp), zuerst soft drauf, dann cradle angeschlossen, dann HP2210 drauf gesteckt ! genau das selbe problem !!

langsam hab ich den verdacht das bei dem gerät was kaputt ist !

Hallo, bin noch neu auf dem Gebiet und weiß nicht ob alle PDA's gleich sind.

Ich hatte so ein ähnliches Problem und bei mir war nur auf dem PDA unter Einstellung - PC - nicht USB Buchsen Vorgabe aktiviert.

gibt es da eigentlich verschiedene versionen ? vielleicht gibts da ja ein konflikt ?

Mein Geräte Manager erkennt aber auch nix, als HP PDA oder ähnliches !

nur die normales USB Devices !

das problem is ja, das ich nix installieren kann, weil für die meisten software installationen brauch man ja dieses scheiss Docking Station

bin echt kurz vorm "an die Wand schmeissen "

der HP Support hat mir auhc nich weiter geholfen !:(

achja, und USB is auch in meinen Pocket PC Options bei Active Sync aktiviert !

bin mir jetzt fast sicher das es an einem technischen defekt liegen muss !!

hab gerade active sync vom host rechner deinstalliert, inkl dem Ordner in den Programmen, + alle active sync bezeichnungen in der Registry ! hab mein PC neusgestartet, active sync version 3.7.1 (Build 4034) neu installiert. dann hab ich die Docking Sation in ein USB Port gesteckt (als ich von active sync dazu aufgefordert wurde), an der rückseite des PCs, also kein HUB, an dem Port lief vorher der Drucker, einwandfrei.
und hab noch dazu mein HP 2210 auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gestellt, ! also hard resetet ! und ihn in die Docking Sation gesetzt !! und siehe da !! es funktioniert wieder nich !! genau das selbe problem !! es wird überhaupt nix automatisch erkannt ! wenn ich dann auf weiter drück, sagt er mir das mein gerät nicht gefunden werden kann ! aber USB is available !

wer jetzt noch eine Idee hat warum es nicht funktioniert nur her damit
