Hi, I`m Sascha and this is my first post here. Please, excuse me for intruding here with English, but I don`t speak German.
I`m having troubles installing new version of softvare (SR3). Curentrly is (SR1)
Becker Content Manager reports successfull installation but after reboot it freezes at INIT API
When connected to PC again it reports:
unexpected error
Device could not be identified
(severity: unexpected error)
(code 0001000F)
You will not be able to install any packages to this device
When restore backup, everything works, but I really need to be able to update to SR3
Please help
