Internet findet kein gerät

    Hallo,Leider funktioniert mein schönes neues nvi nicht wie es soll X( ich habe mein nüvi gestern registiert ;).Da hat das Garminportal esauch gefunden. Heute habe ich einen Stadtplan bei Garmin gekauft und wollte diesen runterladen. Geht nicht. X( immer " Downloadfehler.Egal ob ich das Gerät oder was mir lieber wäre eine MicroSDKarte ( Die allerding angezeigt wird)als Ziel auswähle.Garminportal findet mein nüvi nicht.Kann mir jemand helfen ? Hat jemand schon Pläne?Gibt es ach einen deutschen Support?? ?(

    Hast Du das "Garmin Communicator plugin" schon installiert. Mir war das bislang neu, da ich vorher beim 350 und 865 den Webupdater genutzt habe. Scheinbar geht dieser jetzt nicht mehr mit den neuen Modellen. Die neue Methode (...plugin) funktioniert bei mir jedoch bislang auch nicht - kann aber auch daran liegen, dass ich Mac-Nutzer bin.

    Hallo Danke :), das plug in ist drauf,all nach Vorschirft gemacht, aber es geht kein Download auszuführen X(
    Vielleich weiß ja noch jemand Hilfe.

    If you are trying to download City Xplorer mapping to your nuvi 12xx, 13xx, or 14xx unit and the transfer is stopped at or around 50% please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:


    1. Click the Home tab to cancel the download process
    2. Open My Computer
    3. Double-click the nuvi drive icon
    4. Create a new folder and call it Map
    5. Close My Computer
    6. Click the myMaps tab in your myGarmin acount
    7. Click Download Again next to your City Xplorer map and follow the prompts to download the file again


    The transfer should successfully complete.
