MP3 player with Unicode support - mit Unicode-Unterstützung

    I found the v4.1 does not display unicode ID3 tags properly while v3 does. Is there some configuration or update that would allow v4 to display unicode tags?

    Well, I don't know this problem cause I use TCPMP instead of the original player. Installed in a different location (with an additional menu button) you can use it together with the original one.


    But if you still got the old version you may be able to use this old one while changing the complete app (not only the *.exe) in \My Flash Disk\navigation\multimedia\mp3player.

    TCPMP has no big button for use in car. That's why I like the one from Medion GoPal. Could you anyone check if the version on your device support Unicode? Thanks!

    Here are my shots from both versions, V3- (top) and V4. I can't see any difference:

    I thought of post a test file. However, that would require fonts to be set up on the device. Could you check your version and language on the device? If it's not English, would you mind package the mp3 player and upload it somewhere?

    Of course my setup-language is german! ;)
    IMO it's not a problem with GoPal rather than with your songs. But if you got the original version I'm pretty sure after having installed GoPal again on your PNA (perhaps according to our quick-and-easy-setup installation -> schnellinstallation) the problem should be solved.
