I have a Medion Go Pal PNA 515T - bought last year. How on Earth do I upgrade this thing?
I (think/hope) I can understand an answer in German.

Will you please be so kind and give us an information about your current software-version. If you are using for example an AE or ME-Version, you can update to the PE-Edition with additional functions. There is an offer at the Medionshop.
Officially there is no way to get an update to the Version 3. In most of the cases the operatingsystem or the displayresolution are incompatible.

Hm...already at this stage I have a problem.....- on the cd with the manual i says "Microsoft Active Sync 3.7". Is that it then?
So maybe I CAN`T get an update (on daily basis I find round-abouts and highways which have been added since I bought this thing last summer) - even though it now says on the screen each time I start it that it´s time for an up-date? Hm...very strange...

no, ActiveSync is just a program to sync your PNA with the PC. The operatingsystem is WinCE4 or 5.
What I meant is your navigationprogram. In between the settings-menue you find an option such as "version" or similar. There or on the package you can read, which version (f.e. "GoPal AE 2.X oder Medion Navigator 5.X) you are using.
