Hello
I have got the new map on DVD with some new countries on it. I subscribe for the europe content, but the problem is that I can't use the new maps for the new countries. I thought that when I got the newest DVD that I would be able to use it, bot no. Can anybody tell me if they can use their updated maps for VDO CI-Q. Last update i have got a seperate letter with the code for the new countries, but this time nothing. Have any of you got the new codes.

You are right. The new countries are not selectable. You should call the C-IQ Service Centre and they can give you the necessary codes for free (when you have a limited Europe content). Please let us know how it went.

Hello again
For a few days ago, I called the CI-q center (the english) and here I was told that there where no codes. Funny, for today I called again (the danish) and it took them 3 minutes, and I recived the new cod for the europe content. At the same time I was told that the code is for free (if prepayed limited for europe), but for bulgaria, romania and greece I have to pay ekstra.
So ewerry thing is all right.

You have to pay extra for Bulgaria, Romania and Greece? Since when isn't this Europe anymore? You have paid for Europe and you get only the half of it?? This is very strange... These countries are even EU-members / want to be EU-members. I think that these countries should also be 'for free' when you pay for Europe.
What do others think about this?

I was told that, but after I installed my new code, I cold se that this was not correct. The eastern european countries was free to use, but the one for wich I din't have acces to was Rusia.

Ok, so all the countries are now available exept for Russia with the code you obtained from C-IQ. That is how it should be. So Russia has to be paid for (does anyone knows how much?).
