Ich hatte nach der Installation von Activesync 3.7.1 Probleme mit MMN.
Der Hinweis vom Support hat geholfen:
Have you recently installed Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7.1? We have been made aware that this newly released version of ActiveSync is creating problems with Memory-Map, causing it to hang on the splash screen where the Memory-Map logo is displayed. Reverting back to Active Sync 3.7 will cure the problem until we can address the issue.

Hello,
I'm not able to run the programm with WindowsXP. I have tried - several times
- to install and uninstall the program (including registry cleanup). After starting the program the splash screen is showed for about 20 sec , later the screen is totally blank and nothing more happens.
I have to mention that about 2 month agio the program is running very well.
Have you any hints about possible reasons.
