No "clicking" sound when selecting an item...

  • Sorry, I have do this in English, my German is not very good. :D

I have a MD95083. Everything workes well, but when I select an item with the stylus, I do not hear the "clicking" sound when you select something.

Does anyone know how to enable this?

I tried a soft and hard reset already. No result...

    thx

  • Try the following steps:

Push the noise-calibrator and in the same time, u need to do a soft reset. in case it was really helpfull and started to work.

  • Sorry, no result :(

I tried: the sound key selecting louder, keeping this key selected and pressed softreset
During rebooting I kept the sound selector in it's position.
I also tried: to press (so no sound harder or softer) the sound selector and pressed softreset, during rebooting I kept the sound selector pressed.

I also tried to release the sound selector button during reboot, but no result...

    Any other suggestions?

    thx

  • put in the headphones and listen. is any sound there? if answer ist yes, try this:

    - put in headphones and make a soft reset
    - - " - and switch it louder and make a soft reset
    - - " - , switch it louder and while u make a soft reset, take of the headphones

try everything like that. i had the same prob but after some tries like that it worked ;)

The Windows CE Control Panel allows you to set a
    variety of system-wide properties.
You have to use the Control Panel application "Sound"
to change the settings of volume and sound.

    Good luck!

  • I tried this panel also, but no result. I guess I have to live with this...
    Any suggestions are welcome.
