Antwort vom Route66 Support > wer kann Englisch?

Hallo @ all

Habe mich beim Support beschwert wegen des Preisverfalls innerhalb so kurzer Zeit. War einfach Sauer das nach 8 Wochen der Preis so drastisch gesenkt wurde.

Heute kam die Antwort vom Support.

Leider wieder mal in Englisch. Damit komme ich nicht klar.

Kann mal jemand von Euch übersetzen?

das sind doch mal gute nachrichten:

route 66 ist sich des problems bewusst, daß die kunden sauer sind die zu 399 gekauft haben.
als wiedergutmachung werden sie sich was einfallen lassen bis ende der woche.

bleibt abzuwarten ob es eine geldzurückerstattung oder was anderes wird.
auf jeden fall an alle käufer für 399: quittung aufheben!!

Vielleicht bekommen wir dann für die 100 EURO mehr mal die kompletten POIs auf einem 512 MMC das wär doch was.

ich hätte lieber eine karte für ganz europa auf einer 512mb karte...

und noch lieber ein FUNKTIONIERENDES system...

aber wie ich die kenne wird es ein gutschein werden für den man sich route 66 produkte kaufen darf.

Überlege nur noch welche ich nehmen soll.

genau das habe ich vorhin auch bekommen,
wollte reinstellen,also doch richtig eine mmc mit software,habe sofort France gewählt da dort eine grosse mmc dabei ist.

habe ich alles richtig verstanden,mann soll auswählen welche karte,und die adresse wo es hinsoll,danach an support senden??????Und das ganze bis 1. November????

Ja nachteil bei France ist das die Karte nich 100% abgedeckt ist sondern in teilbereichen nur 50 % der Strassen vorhanden sind. Vermutlich aus Platzproblemen. k.a. Alle Karten sind glaub eich auf ner 256 MMC. Macht also keinen unterschied.

Wenn man sich France mal ansieht:
Naja. Obwohl France wär mir glaub ich auch am liebsten.
In Benelux halt ich mich so gut wie nie auf.

kann es sein, dass die Abdeckung wg Navteq so ist und _nicht_ wg Platz?

Bin neu hier im Forum. Ich habe mich auch über den Preisverfall beschwert. Ich habe dieses Produkt auch vor 1,5 Monaten gekauft. Zwar nicht bei Route66 direkt, sondern bei Widget Online (http://www.widget.de/).
Da diese Firma ja bei Route66 im online-Shop gepriesen wird, werde ich meine Sachen auch zu der in der email angegebenen Adresse schicken. Hoffe mal nicht, das die sich quer stellen werden.

kann mal bitte jemand die gesamte email hier reinstellen (inkl. der adresse wo es hingeschickt werden soll)
