This ESTB Signal-in-Space may produce misleading information.
It is used in EGNOS testing and is NOT an approved or certified
source of navigation or aircraft guidance information. -
"you should see your GPS fixes change into Differential fixes. These may not be reported in some software packages or tools, for example Tom Tom GPS status screen does not provide this info, but OziExplorerCE does, and so does the Satellite page on the Garmin GPSMAP76."
-

http://esamultimedia.esa.int/docs/egnos/estb/broadcast.htm
ESTB SIS is broadcast by INMARSAT III AOR-E and IOR geostationary satellites.
The ESTB has begun its broadcast via Inmarsat III AOR-E in February 2000;
the ESTB Signal in Space is intended to be used in EGNOS for testing and is NOT an approved or certified source of navigation or aircraft guidance information. The ESTB run several modes
Typically the message broadcast by AOR-E (PRN120) is in one of the following 4 main modes:
* ESTB mode 0 (all corrections)
* ESTB mode 2 (all corrections, except orbit ones)
* ESTB mode 3 (all corrections, except orbit and iono ones)
* ESTB ranging mode (only ranging).AOR-E ESTB mode 0, mode 2 and mode 3 broadcasting can include the GEO ranging.
Typically the message broadcast by IOR (PRN 131) is in one of the following 3 main modes:
* ESTB mode 0 (all corrections)
* ESTB mode 2 (all corrections, except orbit ones)
* ESTB mode 3 (all corrections, except orbit and iono ones)At the time being, IOR ESTB mode 0, mode 2 and mode 3 broadcasting does not include the GEO ranging.

Thomas
