Can anyone explain me what is the difference between R19 and new R23 firmware?

Is it risky process to upgrade from R19 to R23?
Does step be step guide exist on that forum?

Medion has never published an official changelog.
However R23 offers a GPS reset within the service menu.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it!

R23 gives you more free memory space on the device’s flash memory.
However I experience flashcard read errors, since I updated my 470T from R19 to R23, so I cannot recommend it.
