TMC signals and Becker support

    I finally manage to update the software. But I still have problems with the TMC function. I can see that the gps has found a radio signal and the signal should be strong enough, but when pressing the TMC button, it says that there are no TMC messages. With my previous Garmin and Navigon gps I always recieved 10-15 TMC messages in the same aera. I guess it must be a software issue, as it tunes in to the radio stations?
    I couldnt find any similar issues in this forum? My next step before contacting the dealer, would be calling Becker support, but it looks like its not possible as there are no phonenumber on the Becker website.

    Thank you. It is not so clear that its a support number. I tried tonight, and was told the hotline is open until 18.00, so I will give it a try tomorrow.

    I spoke to a guy at Becker and he gave me the number to the danish service agent. I didnt speak to them yet, as they were closed for the weekend. But today something strange happend. I was driving to Helsingør, very close to Sweden, and there it picked up the Swedish TMC information. When looking under the TMC menu, there was traffic information from sweden. So appearently is the gps able to recieve TMC signal from sweden but not the ones from Denmark.
