N100 hilfe, help

Mein Loox N100 tot ist.
Es lässt sich nicht einschalten und es wird nicht aufgeladen.
Wenn ich versuche den Akku laden, die Ladung Licht lässt sich nicht einschalten.
Wenn ich versuche mit N100 mit Ladegerät ohne den Akku, es immer noch nicht einschalten können.

Sollte N100 einschalten ohne den Akku, wenn Sie das Ladegerät angeschlossen ist?
Wenn es sollte, Ich werfe meine N100 entfernt.
Wenn nicht, kaufe ich einen neuen Akku.

Jede Beratung ist nötig.

My Loox N100 is dead.
It doesnt turn on and it doesnt charge.
When I try to charge the battery the charge light doesnt turn on.
When I try to use N100 with charger only without the battery, it still doesnt turn on.
Should N100 turn on without the battery when the charger is connected?
If it should, I throw my N100 away.
If not, I buy a new battery.

Any advice is welcome.

Maybe your charger is out of order. Can you try another one?

I have tried two chargers with the same result:
No charging, charge light doesnt turn on.

OK, than try to "charge" the device for more than 24 hours and stay hopefull.
Otherwise you have to contact the Service
