Kann mir jemand ein Tool nennen das eine NMEA Datei schluckt und eine CSV Datei auswirft im Format:
51.72238, 08.71564, 123.123
LON, LAT, ALT
GPSBabel kann das zwar - aber leider nur ohne Höhe

Nein, stimmt nicht, GPSBabel kann das. CSV wird über einen "Style" konfiguriert, siehe Anleitung.
