resourceview by 7934

    is there a program like ResourceView to edit the pictures in the becker 7934 system, and where are this pictures hidden (like arrows and other bmp or png)

    ps i've been to belgium this weekend with MN6 but it get's totally lost the way, well by the border of belgium i get a info by MN6 for driven speed and other limits in belgium that's was super but the system was very slow.?????????????


    back to holland on the orginal becker navi and within a hour back on the border of holland,
    and with the MN6 from belgiumborder to Brugge was two hours ????


    i assume you mean one for the MN 6 Software, so any Resourceviewer for "res" files should work, so that search for "Resourceviewer" quickly puts you there

    no i mean the original *.png by the becker system, so that i can make some changes in the screen (modern colours etc..)

    that is partly described in the PMB HowTo by alhifi. It is in german so you prolly will have some troubles picking out the parts.


    However, as far as i see (and also alhifi states), the according folder is "/My Flash Disk/resources/images".


    There you have all the pictures saved as bmp. If you keep the original resolution, you should be able to modify them with any picture editor.


    The Text for the Buttons is stored in "\My Flash Disk\resources\localization".


    So with both these you should be able to play around a little, see if it works.
