MC 3010 CD wechsler

I'm very sorry to write in English but I'm from Italy and can't speak German.
I own a 2002 C220 CDI with Audio 10 CD system. Now I'm going to buy a MC 3010 CD changer on Ebay but I don't know exactly which cable (part number) I'll need to connect it to my car stereo and where to get it. Can you please help me? Also do you know any place on the web other than Ebay where I could buy an MC 3010 CD changer and cable? Thanks for your help.

Cable you can buy at Mercedes-Benz. Electrical: A210 540 58 35 (much too long, but it works). Optical: Depends on what you have already installed (Handy-Interface e.t.c.). If nothing else than CD-changer is installed there are two solutions:

Easiest solution: Complete cable A203 540 34 08.

Cheapest solution: 2x Fibre-cable A000 540 38 08 0900 + 1x Plug A036 545 07 28 + 1x Plug(this plug contains two parts)A036 545 08 28 + A036 545 09 28. This is the same as "easiest solution", but you have to combine the parts by yourself.

currently there's only the Audio 10 CD installed and I plan to add the CD changer. What do you mean by Handy Interface? The phone support?
So I have to buy two cables, power cable (A210 540 58 35) and optical fiber cable (A203 540 34 08). Do you know more or less what their price is? They told me about Eur 150, is it correct or are they cheaper in Germany?
Also, is there any chance to install the CD changer in the trunk or maybe the cables are too short to reach that position?

Sorry, yes, Handy is the german word for mobile-phone. As far as I know the fibre-optic cable costs roundabout 22 Euro, the electrical ca. 15 Euro (all prices + VAT).

What do you mean with trunk? The optical cable is 90 cm, long enough to install the CD-changer within the glove-box.

P.S.: The trunk, I mean the back of the car where you put the bags I know that somebody installs the CD changer in there.

The original place at 203 C-class is in the glove-box. If you want to install it in the trunk, you have to choose the plug-parts of "cheapest solution" and buy 2x Fibre-cable A000 540 38 08 5500, 5500 ist the length of the cable in mm. Additionally you have to build by yourself a holder for the changer, the original holder from MB is only good for glove-box-installation.
