    Es gibt ein neues Kartenupdate. Verion 1/2010

    Was übrigens auch interessant zu wissen wäre ist, ob das Kartenupdate an ein Service-Release-Level gebunden ist :whistling:

    Funzt das reguläre Update via CM unabhängig von einem Skin? Oder muß ich zurück auf "Start"... :D

    ...mit meinem Z204 (Update-Abo für 24 Monate inkl.)... :(


    Wie muß das an sich laufen?
    Im CM wird mir unter "Meine Updates" ein "Europe 24 month subscription V2/2009" angezeigt. Das habe ich bisher als mein 24Monate-Abo gedeutet... Dieses hatte ich nach Kauf quasi direkt aufgespielt.


    Mir werden nun aktuell vom CM KEINE Updates gemeldet; im Kaufbereich allerdings ist die V1/2010 für 59€ angezeigt.


    Die freundliche Hotline schien mit etwas perplex und nicht ganz sattelfest - man meinte ich solle zunächst mal V2/2009 deinstallieren. Ok., danach wurde mir dieses (V2/2009) wieder zum Download angeboten... Das tue ich jetzt gerade wieder und laß mich überraschen was ich dann vorfinde... ?( Ich befürchte aber, daß ich hier umsunst wieder 1,5 Stunden sauge, denn es wird aj wohl wieder V2/2009 sein.. :S


    Ansonsten hat die Hotline auf morgen vertröstet - da wisse man dann mehr... 8)

    Wieviel Einträge hast du denn, daß du´s kaum ausmachen kannst?


    Beimir sind`s genau zwei: - Update auf SR2 und
    - 24 month subscription V2/2009 - sonst nix....schnüff.....

    No problem with the Skin. I am just downloading the last maps Q3 2009-V1 2010 with the Joshua 1.7.7 skin (Z201) installed. :rolleyes:


    I prefer to download the service releases and the maps and then install them manually due to all these problems with the CM2. For the service release, I check with the dates of the files and change the old ones. For the maps, I look for the folder where the maps download is saved temporally (it is deleted after installation with the CM).


    I recommend to save the downloaded files to a safe folder, and the install with the CM. If something goes wrong, you can install the maps later manually (simply replacing the old .fbl ones).

    Exactly that item you diescribed would have been my next question - how to save the map files manually on my computer...


    So a skin doesn`t seem to be an issue - but at first my CM2 must show me the update - and until now it doesn`t ... :thumbdown:

    I had a problem with the update of the CM2. It said "new version available", but it never installed. I followed an advice in this forum, and I looked for the folder where the CM download the contents (Service releases, maps and also CM updates). In Windows 7 64 bits (at least for me), it is C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\becker (change username by your user).


    In folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\becker\workingdir\download_cache\becker.download.navigation.com\!application\BeckerCM2\2009110901_2.0.4.63 there was a file BeckerCM_Setup.exe. I run this file and the CM was finally updated. After that, everything is OK.


    I had also a problem with the SR3 (I left the skin ?( on!), and finally I reinstalled a backup and the SR3 manually (checking the date of every file in the update). The SR3 was in the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\becker\workingdir\download_cache\becker.download.navigation.com\!application\R3PATCH and the file is called Z201_SR3_patch.tgz.


    I do not know about the directories in Vista or XP, but look for "becker" (it should help).


    I hope this can help you if you do not have other options ....

    :S Sorry. I have just realized that you do not have a Z201, but it should be very similar.

    Und für ALLE die es doch schaffen sollten sich das neue Kartenupdate runter zu laden, muss ich den Tipp von JIPG bestätigen.


    Sucht einfach im Wurzelverzeichnis Beispielsweise C: nach Q3 - da werdet Ihr dann nach dem Herunterladen den besagten Ordner mit den 44 .FBL Dateien finden.


    Den sichert Ihr Euch in einen anderen Ordner - Beim Z201 reicht der Platz nicht aus für die 1.175 MB - Ich habe Russland mit etwa 58 MB ausgelassen um alles andere nutzen zu können.


    Sollte man also mal über Russia fahren wollen, kann man ja Beispielsweise gegen GB austauschen um den erforderlichen Platz zu haben.
    Von SD-Karte will ich noch gar nicht reden :D


    Bei den Z203 - Z205 dürfte das wohl kein Thema sein, da die ja doppelt so viel Platz haben!

    My problem is that I`m not even shown the option for an update. The hotline told me something about "...should wait a few days, the update wouldn`t be supplied for all Becker`s yet..." 8) Sounded a little helpless and strange for me...but let`s wait and see...

    Sie haben Recht. Ich habe keinen Platz in meinem Z201 für alle Karten, aber ich werde nicht nach Russland reisen zu diesem Zeitpunkt ... :)


    aber es ist wahr, dass, wenn Sie die Karten-Update durch die CM2 tun, müssen Sie zuvor die alten Karten entfernen, um Platz für die neue bekommen haben.

    You are right. I have no space in my Z201 for all maps, but I will not travel to Russia at this time ... :)
