  • PMB 2.0 ... ein kleines Preview ...

    Hi,
    long time from here...I need someone that email me (or link) the new PMB 2.0 or PMB 1.5 because there are no more active links about them :(


    In particular I'm interested in the Multimedia part of PMB...where you can see films covers, album covers, ect and you can start playing with TCPMP (or another player) cliking on one of them...I think is a kind of MortScript and SystemInformation and I will love to have it :) this kind of selection-shell.

    Hope someone could help me ... I'm not new here and this is the best place ;) to find info and solve problems about Config my becker 7934.


    Here they are my problems:


    1) by the becker shell u can access to lights settings(even lateral lights red\blue),battery,info,ecc


    Is there a way to activate this settings windows without start becker shell?? ...I would like to have an .EXE file that can access lights setting in the way becker shell do



    2) If I don't start becker original shell, but I go directly with something else or in windows desktop (and then from there I start my NAV or application files) ...are there any files I should start up previously to make my device work properly ??? ?(




    3) Can anyone post me a stand alone solution to have big buttons on MP3\video player ( I think in new PMB version the related player is TMCP...so I appreciate to have it with big buttons)



    Extra question :)


    4) cause Wince 4.2 only MN6, TOMTOM6, IGO8, MioMap v3.3 could run... I read various post . Is it correct? or is it possible to have other NAV ? which ones?

    PMB2 it's a great idea but I cannot find where to download it ???... any link for PMB2 ??? ?(

    In particular I'm really interested in the step that make easy operate with TCMP !! with big buttons and song's\film's images...can anyone give me a hint and a way to have this powered TCMP??

    Hi


    You must take the ".cab" file and install it (active Sync) example on your Sd card...now you'll have a directory with all you need...you can take all the things in this directory and put it where you want...

  • about Battery

    Ok here I am again :)


    With GREAT collaboration by RolloS60 I post some simple conclusions about battery point by point:


    1) Typical recharge Li-Ion = about 3 hours (see upper diagram)


    2) No memory effect


    3) USB (500mA) is not the "proper" method (= just a little bit longer) for recharging because it has a long STEP1 ...but obviously is a right one.


    4) Respect always 5V !!


    5) 5v 2A (AC\DC) devices (ex. HAMA) are "faster" in re-charging time because they "ignore" STEP 2, so that 70% is reached in approximately 1 hour and is useful to let BECKER work properly..... ----------- BETTER SAY :


    - 7934 has its own internal circuit (as others Li-Ion) to let the recharge going properly, and these "fast" AC\DC are quite an illusion...however they give a stable V for a good recharge.

    So... in conclusion.... I will take it :) but I think is better to disconnect when the recharge is done and NOT to let it more connected, in way to avoid heat when there is no much more need. ;D

    Sorry guys, I do not wanna cause a "forum war" ;)


    In back there is:


    ZUM BEISPIEL FUR\FOR EXAMPLE FOR : Garmin i3, TomTom v2, Becker 7988 , etc...


    Now I have more doubts... take it and try it or not ??? ?(

    Ehm...my opinion was : respect output 5V ! ...rest is just minus charging time (with no other WRONG effects)
