leute kann mir ma einer helfen hab ein navy sonny nv-u50. ich wollte software erneuern ja und das hat nicht geklappt. jetzt beim starten steht da keine karte installiert, ich hab schon alles ersucht neue runtergeladen die cd die mit dabei war installier alles klappt nicht. wo kann das problemm sein? und wie kann ich es lösen.

Frage: After I have the software of my navigation system, Installation appears on the display and the device does not respond any longer.
If you encounter this issue, proceed with the software update again and be sure to care about the following connection procedure when you connect your navigation device to your computer:* Turn off the navigation device with the power switch located at the bottom of the device.
* Connect the navigation device to the power supply with the AC adapter.
* Connect the navigation device to the computer with the supplied USB cable.
* Turn on the navigation device main power switch.
* Now follow the software update procedure.
Vielleicht geht es ja so. Die Reihenfolge des Einschaltens scheint wichtig zu sein.
